Material recognition
Identification and separation of plastics, alloys and mixed materials for high-value recovery.
Scrap and slag aren't just a disposal cost: they often contain valuable materials. Choose the material, enter the volumes and estimate how much you could recover each year — plus the savings on avoided disposal.
The recovery value depends on three factors: how much material you generate, how much of it you can actually recover (sorting efficiency) and the market value of the recovered material. To this is added the disposal cost you avoid.
Market prices are preset as a reference but editable: enter your real values for an accurate estimate.
500 t/year of aluminium scrap, 75% recoverable, at €1,500/t → 375 t recovered = 562.500 € of material. With €90/t of avoided disposal → another 33.750 €. Total ≈ €596,000/year.
Indicative estimates: the default prices are editable.
Recovering heterogeneous materials requires recognizing and separating them precisely. This is where our sorting and recognition technologies (FIXS architecture) and slag-treatment reactors come in.
Identification and separation of plastics, alloys and mixed materials for high-value recovery.
Controlled reactors to valorize white and black steel slag and recover the metallic fraction.
In line with the Critical Raw Materials Act: recovery of strategic materials from waste streams.
Tell us which materials you handle: together, with data, we assess a custom recovery solution — from recognition to valorization.
