Three processing lines, one goal: recovery and performance.
1. Bricks from Construction Waste
The cycle begins with the crushing of demolition debris, with magnetic separation of metals. Then follows:
Automated dosing
Homogeneous mixing
Molding with controlled vibration
Automatic palletizing
Natural or accelerated curing
2. Bricks from Mining Tailings
Extraction process residues can be transformed into:
Vibro-compressed bricks (naturally cured)
Standard autoclaved bricks
Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks
The DSM BrickLine A1 plant adapts to the chemical composition of the tailings to select the optimal treatment.
3. Bricks from Fly Ash
The line supports two technologies:
Unfired cement bricks made from fly ash + construction waste
Steam-pressed bricks with lime and silica
Aerated concrete bricks, lightweight and insulating, produced from cement slurry with aerating agents
Each formula can be customized according to the local availability of materials.
